Refund policy
We can only offer refunds on damaged or faulty goods. Clothing may be exchanged one time only if sizing is wrong. Please contact hello@happygoods.co.uk with your name and order number within 14 days of delivery to begin the exchange process.
We are an eco-friendly company. To help reduce overproduction waste we print each item to order. As the item is made just for you, we do not accept refunds on our prints, framed prints and mugs unless damaged in transit.
For our tees and sweats, we understand you want to get the perfect fit. We provide a one-time size exchange within a 14-day period to make sure you get the ideal fit. Please see our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around.
We do not cover postage of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Please email us beforehand to get the exact details on how to exchange clothing with us.
