WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

We are a UK based company, everything is designed, printed and shipped from the UK.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes! If you are interested in stocking Happy Goods products, please get in touch and email us at: hello@happygoods.co.uk

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please check your junk folder for your confirmation or shipping email, save us as a contact to prevent emails going into junk. If for some reason it’s not in there, just email hello@happygoods.co.uk with your full name & address and we can help.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

WHAT IS THE SCENT ON MY APPAREL ORDER?

We use a special solution in the printing process so don’t worry if you notice a slight “new clothing” scent. This is normal and will disappear after the first wash.

CANCELLATIONS

As our items are bespoke and made fresh to order, all cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of your order being placed. After this time, your order will have entered production. If your order has already entered production within 6 hours of your order being placed then acceptance of cancellation requests will be made at our discretion. 

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P depending on the shipping method/destination you have selected at checkout.

Your international parcel may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you do not have any unexpected charges.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

Every order is made fresh, especially for you. We will need approx 3-7 working days to print and pack your order before dispatch. This may increase during busy periods. 

Prints & Mugs: 3 - 5 working days before dispatch 

Sweats, Hoodies & T-shirts: 3-7 working days before dispatch

Please note we don’t ship orders out on weekends.

Shipping is calculated by weight and size of your parcel at checkout.

RETURNS

PRINTS & MUGS

We are an eco-friendly company. To help reduce overproduction waste we print each item to order. As the item is made just for you, we do not accept refunds on our prints and mugs unless damaged in transit.

TEES & SWEATS

For our tees and sweats, we understand you want to get the perfect fit. We provide a one-time size exchange within a 14-day period to make sure you get the ideal fit. Please see our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around.

We do not cover postage of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Please email us beforehand to get the exact details on how to exchange clothing with us.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICAL?

At Happy Goods, we are committed to operate under ethical and sustainable practices. Our products are sweatshop free and we only work with manufacturers that comply with the highest ethical policies.

WHAT ARE YOUR SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES?

All our products are made to order. This eliminates excess stock and the risk of unsold items filling landfills. This method also conserves energy and raw materials, aligning with our commitment of sustainable production.

All textile wastes that are produced by our manufacturer are recycled and given a second life in products such as carpet underlay, which ensures they do not enter landfill.

We have opted to source Fair Wear accredited garments that uses organic cotton and recycled polyester instead of low quality materials that’s full of chemicals. Our planet friendly organic cotton is certified organic (by GOTS or OCS), grown without pesticides, GMOs or chemical fertilisers. We also use vegan friendly OEKO-TEX certified inks where no animal based materials or toxins are used in the manufacturing or printing process.

IS YOUR PACKAGING 100% PLASTIC FREE?

All our packaging is 100% plastic free, which means it’s made from a combination of paper and cardboard and can either be composted or recycled at home. We do not use plastic end caps on our print packaging.
